It's 175 for either 5 roosters or 7 hens or 7 chukar. They gave me a mixed bag of hens and chukar

That's not too bad, great for training dogs or taking new hunters out. I like it due to them being open long after hunting season closes.

Also before it starts. Great people too

They are pen birds and I'm starting to see the difference but I don't mind all that much

I feel the same as you, it's still a great time.

It's $175 plus the $100 membership fee right, for the first time at least? Or am I wrong?

Yes - $175 for the birds (7 hens or 7 chukar or 5 roosters).  And yes there is a $100 yearly membership fee.

My suggestion is to go with someone who is already a member and split the cost on birds (hint hint).
