Doe's anybody have any recipes for ground elk that are other than the usual burger, chili, taco or spaghetti? I'm open to any new ideas even upgrades on old ideas. Looking to make something for dinner tonight

I occasionally use Elk burger for Stroganoff if I'm not using Elk steak

Breakfast burritos, meatloaf, shepherds pie. Stroganoff is also awesome.

Lipton onion soup mix
A-1 steak sauce
Green onions
Gorgonzola cheese

Mix up and make burgers
