North Bend youth antlerless elk

If anyone has contacts in the North Bend area (specifically Elk Area 4601) that might allow a youth to hunt for an antlerless elk using a youth permit during the season November 3-9, I would appreciate getting a PM or post about it.

That's a great youth tag. I wish I could help. Hopefully someone else can chime in. My friends lives out that way and send pics to me all the time.. He doesn't have any private land access though.
