2014 MF Deer/Elk/Bear
« on: May 27, 2014, 01:59:31 PM »
Howdy folks,

I'm planning on going out MF this year for deer and elk, most of my friends have moved out of state or do not hunt, if anyone is interested in setting a trip up, I live in Black Diamond and would be happy to meet some new friends and hunting partners. I also would like to do some bear and bird hunting. This will be my first year modern firearm, as I will likely be taking my girlfriend with at some point this year and she's more comfortable with a gun than a bow.  :P I've got a couple spots I like to hunt, and would be interested in going to a new spot as well.

If you're interested in any of this, shoot me a PM and we can chat, meet up for a beer or whatever and then set something up.

Cheers!,

Matt

I'm going to be out of town for deer season this year, but I should be back for MF West side elk if you are still looking for another partner.  I have hunted elk before, just not in WA, so I would be glad to join up with you and your girlfriend to learn how things go up here if you don't mind sharing with a newcomer.

I think we talked a little last year, but never met up.  I went out last year with another "new" guy and got into the woods.  I'll be doing deer for sure and maybe bear/elk if I can find someone who's a little more knowledgeable than me.  Let me know if you're interested.

bear is easy i got places for bear...!!!! most bear shots are 200+ yards.. but i can tell you if you shoot a bear just hang tight... my buddy shot at a bear this weekend (missed it) and then shortly after a few black tail bucks walked out... to bad i was with a bow and filled my deer tag already
