Great post, Glad you and your son had a great time! Go ahead and give yourself a pat on the back as well, you and your son obviously made a good impression with the generous fellow hunters.  :tup: Very nice of them.
  You sir are paying it forward by teaching the next generation of sportsman to be the class act steward's of the woods!  :tup:

Nice glad you had a good time!  I was one of the guys that ran into you sunday night on our way out at the end of the meadow.  How did you like that thunder and lighting show?

It was humbling scared the crap out of my son that thunder rolling down the valley was so lud it shook the ground a little girl about nine got a three point the morning we left  will be back in there again wish we could have said thank you to the hunters that left gifts nice meeting you casey

Sounds like a great hunt! You may want to invest into a good spotting scope to help you down the road. Especially if you are going to continue with the high country hunts. I purchased a Swarovski after having many more before. This year on the high hunt I was able to count points at well over a mile. It will save you time and a lot of energy.
