Scout/Sniper, Trenton is a great kid. He will make you proud for sure. Such a great offer on your part. I nominate you for member of the year for your generosity.

You're a good guy, SS.

Thank you everyone for the kind comments. I posted this before I discovered the Pay-It-Forward thread. That thread is an awesome example of the kind of attitude that most members here have. That is why I love this forum.

My 12 year old neice  has always wanted to start hunting with me her uncle or her grandpa my dad. My dad has had custody of her for 11 years this year and he has been furloughed and out of work from the government and we don't have to much money to do anything with. Would love to see my neice out there with this muzzleloader and her shooting her very first deer! Please consider her a potential youth!

I absolutely would have, but it went to a young man already.
Sorry to hear about the furlough.
Maybe someone else will see this and has one they can part with.

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I'm sorry I didn't even see the 2nd page of your post. I didn't realize you had already given it away to a young man. Yes it would be so amazing if someone else wanted to help a youth out. My dad was going to buy both my neice and nephew either a muzzleloader or rifle but found out about the furlough and has been out of work. Thank you again and god bless sir!

Did we ever hear if the young man punched a deer with the stuffer?
