He was a stud!  Not often a Roosevelt gets to 400+ but he did.

not the best pic in the world, but I harvested this buck with my bow, so I still like him....

Did you harvest him the same day you captured this photo or was that a different day and story?

If I remember right, I filmed him that year and then harvested him the next season.  I ended up cutting him up in the night because I knew hed be froze solid the next morning.  It was -20.   Story is here somewhere, though I have no idea where.  I slept under a tree with him quartered up.
