look what i found...
« on: September 23, 2013, 07:05:02 PM »
just got two trail cams and put them up in what i was hoping to me my blacktail honey-hole. no deer in 7-days; just this guy.

still working out some kinks, like more then one picture every 12-seconds  :bash:

so this is all i got of him. my clock was off too... this was at 1pm.

two questions:

1. big bear?
2. do bear and blacktail hangout in the same areas?

fun to see what is running about in the woods tho.

Any more pics of the bear? I'd shoot him...........it should improve your blacktail hunting. No deer in 7 days.....and its a honey hole.....there is your answer right there.

Pretty sure nothing lives around bears.  Once they move into an area, you gotta put an end to them before they kill the deer, elk, squirrels, mice, fleas, ticks, neighbors, kids, parents...

It's a hard job protecting the world from bears but somebody has to do it.  I'll volunteer to walk that lonely road...

Same here. eating my deer tag is making me more determined than ever. That and a bear is on my bucket list.

I'm an archery guy and am not going to be able to hunt the late season. hoping for a damage control permit but doubt that will come through

I ran into some while elk hunting. But whose gonna waste time chasing a bear when there are elk to stalk just to have the wind switch and bust you?
