20 acres is a lot of property but not a lot of area. If you are limited to that 20 acres without access to adjoining property you are likely just going to be doing the right place at the right time thing.

I have 20 completely undeveloped acres 6 miles NW of Newport WA in GMU 121. I have a trail cam hung and have seen TONS of sign including rubs, sheds, scat and many active game trails.. I'm gearing up for my fifth year of modern on this place but fear I'm gunna leave empty handed again, I've seen these deer they're massive but disappear when season comes around.. any help would be greatly appreciated. may even be willing to have someone come out for a hunt

You could be doing all that work for someone else if the deer is moving through someone else's land before they make it to yours.
