If coated properly the cerakote finish should take just about anything you can throw at it. Though you should try to limit the exposure of bore cleaner to an absolute minimum as it can sometime change color slightly. We had a guy with a 1911 slide that was coated with the stuff swear he could remove it with Sweets since he wanted the stainless finish back. He soaked the slide for five days and it had no effect at all. To me it actually looked a deeper black than when he started.
But, I agree with Bmcox86. I would probably contact Gorge Custom Coatings if you plan to use something super strong on it. If nothing else to make sure you don't void some sort of warranty. Though I'm not sure why you would need to use anything more than oil or Hoppe's on a barrel's exterior. I use Castrol Gun Oil and a soft dry cloth on mine.
