Me, a 10 lb brisket

Trimmed, rubbed down in worshy sauce/liquid appl smoke mixture, rested for an hour, then covered in my special rub, now taking its 30 hour nap, and at at 8pm hits the hell red grill for 15 minutes, then the smoker for a 10 hour run, then it will come out & go back in covered in bourbon sauce for 2 hours so at a 12 hour run it oughta fall apart and knock everyone the heck out just in time for kickoff

Now to cook dinner, then start the rest of the game food :EAT:

Elk Glop!  one of my favorite meals.  Take some ground meat, in this case elk.  A large can of all purpose cream of mushroom soup.  Whatever else sounds good at the time and cook it all up in a large fry pan.  Spice accordingly.  Slop into a bowl.  Open beer.  Fill gut.  Bachelor cuisine at its finest.

Also, as a mental note I discovered the grouse fried rice is to die for.  Guaranteed bloated bliss on the couch.

Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

Started a stock-pot of chicken soup this morning.
When the power returns I'll simmer it and add some bisquick to it to make dumplings.
Probably put it on the bbq to finish if the power isn't on soon.
