I can relate, I have coho in the smoker, I have a turkey in brine, brisket hitting the smoker at 8pm when the fish comes out, and I think Im going to try smoking some anaheim pepper poppers instead of grilling then, and the BBQ is loaded with chicken, no wonder im fat  :chuckle:

lots of good stuff here for sure the hog I cooked was for a Hawaiian family between 150 and 200 people I was a little nervous never cooked for people that cook hogs so much but it turned out great and they are going to teach me to cook them in the ground luau style I am pretty excited to learn

When I lived in Kansas we ground roasted hogs.

I have cooked a pile of them on my big bbq and they turn out great but I want to learn to cook them in the ground very bad never eatin one pretty excited to try it

We had moose tacos for dinner tonight and will be making venison pepperoni tomorrow.  Hopefully some fresh backstrap tomorrow night....

Rack of ribs with my wife's home made rub on the Traeger for 5 hours with rice and BBQ beans tonight! Salmon on a cedar plank tomorrow for dinner!
