If you skip it you can always use it later. " I skipped my elk hunt to be here."  Just kidding this is something that will never happen for you again and you sure dont want to miss it. It is definitely one of the greatest days  of your life.

My wife is the one pushing me out the door to go hunting. :IBCOOL: Got to love that.

thanks guys I will not be going out hunting and I will be spending the time with my family unless something happens real soon. I knew this was going to be close I was gambling that we were having this kid between seasons. I should never go to the casino.  :bdid: I was already thinking about switching to archery I think this just put the icing on the cake. To answer you guys I have AT&T and no service anywhere in the woods.  :'( Even if I did I would feel real guilty about it.

It may have been a gamble, but you will win either way!  The casino would not give you those odds!

 :yeah:

i took that route last year. it's not worth it. your wife needs your help right now. going hunting will just piss her off and leave all the work on her.

Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
