Waterfowl hunting in Capitol Forest? Probably not too productive for duck hunting, although there might be a few in there somewhere.

How about the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge?

Sorry, no it's not actually the refuge that can be hunted- it's the WDFW land adjacent to the refuge.

Potholes is near nisqually.  Every tom dick and harry is willing to drive to the center of the state to hunt potholes.   Its never too far and theres always room for more hunters.
