Now i am down to Hoyt Alphamax 32 - Mathwes Drenalin or DXT  .Still tough choice . I need to find who has Hoyt and Drenalin ,so i can try shoot them ,before making my final choice.Shoot Bowtech  ,DXT ,and some bow call limb saver .I like bowtech and dxt ..limb saver wasn't bad only littile heavy .So i guess i am taking my time to choose right bow for me ,and prices will go down too ;) I like Bowtech ,but  they have too many problems ,at least what i found about them on internet .Too bad ,otherwise they will be my 1 choice .Please don't start any brand war ,this is just my opinion ,I am just try think loud  . So if anybody who leave close around renton area ,have Hoyt Aplhamax 32  or drenalin ,and will let me try them for couple shoots ,it may completed my search .I got feeling soon i shoot Hoyt Alphamax 32 ,is may be my choice :)) Just feel this way  ;)
Thank you
I hope my post don't start any brand war .Please don't !

I would agree on the bowtech statment, all my buddies that own them say the same thing, they make a good bow though, you can shoot my alphamax 35 anytime...

Same thing about what??  I have never had a problem with any of my BowTech's - not one!  But each individual has a different experience and opinion... I think I will continue to shoot them...  :chuckle:

Jon,
I won't tell him what brand i shot for over 20 years before you convinced me to cross over to the "light side". Actually if someone around here would of had one in my draw I could shoot I may not have switched. Don't believe everything you hear on the "internet".  :o

I don't say Bow tech is bad bow, matter of fact when i shoot one ,i really like it ,much smoother than my Mathews Zmax .And I like to shoot and feel of Capitan much better than Mathews Reezen .Like i said before ,i am not trying to start any brand war ,please don't  follow this path . I am not expericed archer and please don't  buy you bow based on my opinion  :).Most my information i got from Archery Talk ,but i am not blindly follow it  :chuckle:  I may buy even 2 bows :) Someone already offer me Guardian for great price ( used ) ,so i will see :)

I was just kidding rover, you can't go wrong with any of the upper end bows. It's just a matter of personal preference. Enjoy whatever you decide to go with.

I don't think you'll have a problem with any bow as long as you press it right.  I think most problems are with shop techs that couldn't change a flat tire trying to work on bows.  Make sure it is done right and you won't have a problem.

Just for the record.  The only bow I've seen blow up was a drenalin that was pressed wrong.  Can't say they are a bad bow just because of that experience.  I've read all that same crap as you on archerytalk, but you have to take that with a grain of salt.  Lot's of posts on their are fabricated to beat down or boost up one bow or another.

I can't decide between the Bowtech Admiral, Captain or the 82nd Airborn.  Any advice would be much appreciated.

There are a lot of good bows out there but I am almost convinced to go out and buy the new hoyt alphamax 35.  What a sweet shooting bow!  Plan B should Plan A be too costly is too pick up a Katera.

Plan C is too upgrade my hoyt trykon with an STS and a new sight.

I just ordered the Alphamax 35, I was totally impressed with these bows.  I had it in my mind that I was going to be the proud owner of an Elite but after shooting the AM35 I had no choice except to buy the Hoyt.  I actually shot a dozen different bows and found the Alphamax and surprisingly the APA Viper to be the 2 nicest shooting bows.

It may take a few months for the wife to get over the $1300.00 for the setup...I used the "it's easier to ask for forgiveness than ask for permission" approach. ;)

I'm pretty much dead set on the Bowtech Admiral.  It's fast, super smooth, super quiet and I couldn't feel any torque.  However I still havn't shot the SWAT and from what I hear it's awsome so until I do my decision wont be final.  But as of right now the Admiral is the greatest bow I have ever shot.  Hands down.

Got my new Mathews 27" Reezen 7.0 last Friday and I'm lovin it!  :IBCOOL: Spit'n my 435g arrows out at 272 fps. Could get a little more speed with a lighter arrow but why? Draws smooth, very stable and forgiving. Had a little hand shock but I put a simms stablizer on it and seems to have taken care of it. Critters better watch themselves this year!
