I just got a pair and wondering what everyone thought about them?  Pros cons and how's the warranty/customer service?

Love mine. Had them close to two years and haven't need any customer service or warranty. Boots have held up nicely and broke in quick. Definitely will be buying same ones again.

ive noticed that those boots run a little hot, i have the uninsulated ones and they are plenty hot, hotter than other boots ive owned that were also uninsulated. that being said i LOVE THEM! it did take me a bit of break in, or they broke me in  :chuckle: if i dont wear them for awhile it seems that it take a little hiking to get them back to feeling like a pair of slippers. overall i have been very happy with them

Company says 50 miles to get them broken in.  I think they'll probably be my next pair of boots too, although I'm not looking forward to the break in blisters.

I loved mine but I needed a wider boot and havent ordered new ones yet 11 wides instead of 11's and I would have been set. I am one of 2 guys in our camp this year that wasnt wearing kenetreks. Felt like an outsider. I did do some hunting in the ones I had and I can say that they grip so much better than the 4 or 5 different pairs of combat boots I have tried. And they have a ton of ankle support.

i have had mine(uninsulated) since April.  Absolutely love them so far.  I have about 20 miles on them.  No issues so far.  Just ordered some "darn tough" socks to use with them for hunting season.

Do yourself a favor and get some really good inserts for them.

Never heard anything bad about em, I see them on Camofire all the time with their gaiters and want to buy them, but my boots are still good.

On my second pair, they are fantastic.  Very comfortable right out of the box.  Had my last pair start leaking, sent them in, they tested them and said "yep they are leaking, your new pair will be shipped tomorrow"  Three days later a new pair showed up.  Great customer service.

Likely won't work if you have narrow heels.

I love mine. Took no time to break in. They started out slightly wide for my foot but, formed nicely. You will love them! :)

Good boots..  I had a pair that the boot lace latch broke (metal piece).  I sent them back and they sent me a new pair the day they got them and I had them the following day..

I got mine at sportsmans.  Size 9.  It says med...?  But there not wide.  I wear 9 1/2 but they seemed a bit big.  So I went 9 an it felt good.  Got them oiled and have been wearing them all day.  Good reviews.  I can't wait till Idaho!  Hopefully they break in quick as I can't be having blisters.

Easily took about 50 miles of break-in for mine.  Longer than any pair of boots I have ever owned.  Slippers is the best way to describe them now. I am very happy with mine.
