I know i may be asking alot here but i was told the other day the gate you walk thru to fish up river at Tahuya River is Manke land or State land and it is alright to go back in there hunting. I saw a sign there that said Private Property but the gate there is orange and white like a Pope Resources gate. ??????????

I am really quite new to hunting and still learning as i go. I hunt archery only as well. If anyone on here knows where i am talking about and could share some info it would be greatly appreciated and for those who fish the area i was there saturday and there were very few fish and a very fat seal at bridge.

I totally get it if whoever responds wants to do so via PM so not to give any info up to everyone in the world and dont worry i am not hunting this year and will not be in there either this year.

I don't know the area but you might try the Mason Co Assessor site below.  Second link down on the left is a property search link.  Good luck.
