Well maybe the WFW chapters need to get some fund raising going to get these packs confirmed. Hell if every member on this site donated 20 bucks that would be over $300,000.
Back when confermation was first starting the Cattlemens association offered to higher a trapper. (if my memory serves right) and was turned down because it would not be a WDFW employee with a Wolf biology degree or some such requirement.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
