I would say that your assumption is correct. It seemed as though we couldn't get away from other hunters even with the limited number of permits. Definately not a hunters paradise in that regard. Although there are a few deer around.
I think seen that same buck in pre season 3 times in velvet. I wont give out the road. Yeah we seen so many rigs up there. But alot drove around till noon then left. i was at the 150 gate at noon driving my wifes deer out and there were 12 rigs leaving.
