Nice 4x4 blackie showing up all of sudden
« on: October 08, 2013, 06:44:57 AM »
Got a nice 4x4 blacktail suddenly making the rounds. Looks like maybe the rut is starting a bit early.....

Very nice. I found a line of fresh rubs two days ago while out scouting a new area. My opinion is that it probably won't start in earnest any earlier than normal, but with this cold/wet weather we're having, it could get them moving around a lot more than we've experience the last few years.
I hunt, therefore I am.... I fish, therefore I lie.
