Shot this buck the second day of the hunt. Awesome hunt with friends and family. He's 31 1/2" wide.

Thanks guys, he does look like he's a whitey/muley cross by his rack. Skinned out hanging meat he was a 165 pounds. Guts and feathers he was probably pushing 220. I haven't scored his rack because its an odd ball to score but I rough/grossed him just under 170".
I wish to say there was a great story behind the hunt. We had glassed some upper ridges at light and were driving down to hunt the breaks of a big creek when I spotted him in his bed from the truck. I told my dad to get out and kill him, my dad shoots a Win model 88, I stepped out over the bank of the road as my dad popped his clip in and when he closed the action the clip popped out and rolled down the bank, my dad said kill him just as the buck jumped up out his bed, so I dropped him with a spine shot at about 75 yards. I've killed my hard bucks/bulls so I take the easy ones with no regrets.
