The lewis river has great elk hunting if you pack in, 2 years ago I killed my bull in 6 hours, after hiking in for 3!!! also the coweeman is a great early hunt

You live in Oakville, there are plenty of Elk right by your house with hardly anyone hunting them in bow season. Way better than winston in my opinion.

Really? Ive seen a few but I guess Ive never really looked for them... Just like random out of season sightings and a couple poached out of capital forest. I hear of people hunting out by Brooklyn but Ive never really been out there...
