I dont know about you guys out there, but i have only been shooting for a very short time, and practicing alot this last week, once a day if i can get to the range. More so for strength than anything else, since my surgery....which recently has become more bad news, but as long as i can pull my bow back im gonna.

So i am practicing for an indoor target compatition, got a few of my bare shaft epic 340s fletched up and the first time i go out to test out my anchor spots, and consentrate on punching i BOOYAH.....smach......... crash.....really bad noise...i was pissed cuz i though i tore another vane off....

But no, i freaking robinhooded it.........at first i didnt believe it, and then i was pissed about the 2 brandnew arrows...and then i was like holy crap.........

well here is a picture guys just so you dont call me a liar.........

i have the arrow still together the other shaft went about 8-10 inches into the other shaft knd of cool, cuz you can see that the shaft was still spinning into the other as it went into the back of the other shaft....and the nock was completely cut in half, which was way cool to..........

Sweet...never done that, but I don't usually don't shoot at the same spot at less then 30.  Tired of having to re-fletch all the time even with field points.  Maybe some day I will be lucky or good enough to actually get a "Robbin Hood".  Good on ya and glad I did not have to lay out the 20 bucks for the arrows..ha ha.

I don't like to waste / ruin arrows anymore than the next guy but a robin hood is cool stuff on purpose or by accident. Way to go and hang that thing on the wall.
Shut up and Hunt!

I've done that 3 or 4 times. I hate to ruin 2 good arrows

the first time shooting my bow i was shooting groups and broke a couple nocks...thought for a minute that a robin hood would be cool the first time shooting, then remembered how much the arrows cost that i just bought. from that point on at $10 a pop i decided  to shoot spots, not groups, and watch all you other guys shoot the cool robin hoods.
congrats i guess...good consistent shooting.
