This is worrying me I have a first year hunter this year (my youngest) and was going to try to put him on a doe this weekend up there but the signs have been non existent where we usually go.  If we can't get into them up there for him I guess it's going to be scramble time.   :bash:

Considering you have a youth just wanting a doe, you should be able to get permission pretty easily. In the southern part of the unit (with alfalfa fields) start knockin on doors. Worst they can say is no  :dunno:

May have to before the end of the season but right now we're going to keep going after it,  dad's going to keep doing his best to get him on horns.  It's about the experience, I wish everyday was spent in the woods with my boys.
