trying my hand at pulled pork round 2
« on: October 04, 2013, 07:44:02 PM »
First time I ran out of time and ended up with a good sliced roast. This time im starting it at 5 am and plan on 5-7 hrs? Of cook time and an hour or two rest wrapped in the cooler. The butts are only 2.8 lbs. a piece but im only cooking for four.

In selah, just outside of yakima, that's why i asked in your thread about the website and online orders. I will be ordering some ASAP, they've been on since 6:30 and smell awesome. Luckily i havea a peep hole to look without opening the lid
