Another New Addition
«

Couldn't resist........just had it sent to my local store. Cabelas Limited Edition Winchester Model 70 Lightweight Supergrade in 7x57. Guess I'm just a sucker for nice wood, not to mention a great caliber.

JUST JUST JUST JUST FREAKING
BEAUTIFUL. With good glass and loading I hope it shoots as good as it looks and was built (what year). A sterling silver butt plate would be appropriate though or the like.

I borrowed a 7x57 Ruger M77 for an antelope hunt years ago, what a pleasure to shoot. I have recommended it several times for novice/small shooters where recoil is a concern.

Getting a Monarch (this one actually a newer Monarch 3) like the rest of my newer rifles. As much as I try to like Leupold scopes, they just don't work for me. Bought one or two....sold them.
