Wyoming Muley
« on: October 17, 2013, 04:03:44 PM »
Got back from our annual Wyoming trip.  Managed to catch this guy trying to sneak away from my old man who was on the ridge line that paralleled the one I was posted up on.  I was glassing across and noticed my dad was looking at something, looked in the direction he was glassing and noticed this guy and 2 other smaller 4x4's squirting out the bottom of the draw.  They crossed over to my side.  I sat there waiting to see where they would come out and this guy showed up.  It appeared that he was in the process of trying to loop back around behind my dad and I was in his escape route.  Worked out pretty well, not the traditional spot and stalk we usually do, more of an ambush  :chuckle:
