5 years in a row for 14 year old daughter

My little girl got it done again this year. This is 6 deer in 5 years. She had a second deer tag last year and got both her buck and doe.
So we start out before daylight on Sat. and get up to our favorite spot. First thing we see 4 deer feeding towards us. Two are bucks one nice 4 point. We get to 200 yards. and get set up. I'm trying to get her in position to get a shot but we have a lot of brush between us and the deer. We finally get in position she gets the deer in the scope and they bust us. Just as she is getting ready to pull the trigger they start into a trot. She decided not to try a moving shot just like I taught her. So opening morning didn't pan out. After a quick breakfast we decide to try a couple spots that might hold some deer at midday. As we are driving my dad saw a couple of deer in a small canyon. We parked at the top and went down to check them out. Stephanie decided to stay in the truck so dad and I went down to see what they were. At first I only saw 2 does, but dad didn't think that was the deer he saw. A little farther in we see 2 more deer one is a big 2 point that I really tried to grow more points on. The deer next to him finally picks his head up and he is a 3x3 with several extra points down by the base. Dad waits for him to turn and drops him with on shot at 170 yards.
I really wish they were all this easy. So 12:45 opening day we have one down one to go. We go back to Stephs favorite secret spot and there are 8 other people that also decided it was a good place to go. She was not too happy. We went up to another place, but couldn't find a legal buck. Sunday morning same story nothing legal. Stephanie wanted to be the first one in her spot for the evening hunt so we get in there about 2:00pm. A doe and fawn show up at 3:00 and stay for about an hour. After they leave I started glassing the far hill and see 2 bucks bedded about 500 yards away one nice 4 point and a very big 2 point. They on private ground that we don't have permission for so we can only watch. We watch them for 3 hours before they finally stand up and start feeding our way. Stephanie was full of nerves by that point she's never been able to watch them that long before the shot. The fence where I hoped they would cross was at 205 yard. The 2 point leading the way jumped the fence right where we hoped he would and the 4 point followed shortly after. After making sure she knew which buck was legal all I could do was watch. By this time we have 10 min. left it was starting to get dark. They worked their way up the hill towards us and at about 170 yard finally stop. Steph was on him and pulled the trigger. Perfect shot he dropped so fast she thought she missed him. I've never seen her that worked up she was almost in tears "did I get him?" I'm jumping up and down congratulating her. I'm one proud papa. This is her biggest buck to date and second 4 point.
What a great hunt both my dad and daughter getting it done opening weekend.
