The buck lookes bigger due to its mass and deep forks.  The weakness (if you want to call it that and all big bucks have there strong points and weak points) is that the buck is on the compact side.  his overall spread isnt what you think it is at first glance.  I would imagine under 24 inches by the pictures.  this takes it from the 180 class and down to the 165 or so class.  Great buck!

i think he said it was a 17" credit.

i think he said it was a 17" credit.

That 17" credit was his weakest point and 3 3/8" H3 was the next.  Pictures are always tough for me to judge but you guys did a good job. Rounded measurements are: 23MB,3 ,15 , 11 and 10(G's) / 5, 4, 3 and 4(H's). 

I feel pretty fortunate to have gotten him with a general tag. I don't think I would pass this buck with a quality tag.
