J&J meats in Naham Canyone in Wenatchee.  They do good work.

Cle elem has Owens and a few others.  I personally won't use owens but a lot of people like them.

Hope that helps.

X2....Jerry cut for Safeway in Wenatchee for 35 years before opening up his own shop with his kids. Everything my hunting group shoots goes there.

I use Wild Game Processing in Navarre Coulee, north of Entiat. He has cut up the last two deer of mine and done an awesome job.

Another vote for him. He makes GREAT summer sausage too.

:yeah:  They screwed up 20lbs of summer sausage the one time we used them.  Also had to rebutcher most of the steaks before they could be cooked.

J&J in cashmere is the best cutter around. Used them for deer and elk.

Is robbers roost still in business?  I'd like to take my cow there this year when I shoot it.

Robbers Roost does the best job. Owens no longer does wild game.
