what does this shed score?

I finally found my first elk shed during deer season. I have never measured anything. What do you think it would score?

^^^^^ well played sir...  :chuckle:  I was just curious what this half would score....we tried to find the match but had no luck. We did see a bull with 6 points on one side and what looked to be a spike or possibly just an eye guard on the other. Is that very common?

My son was super excited that we found it.....he made me let him walk back to camp just so he could show it off...   :chuckle:

That was a toad but I am pretty sure those weren't naturally shed. I didn't think it was legal to take them in Washington if they were still attached to the skull? I was under the impression it was naturally shed antlers only.  :dunno:

Cool find either way.

Not a shed that's a deadhead and ya in Washington its illegal to take them out.

As for your shed, its a pretty good one! If the other side matched id say he would be in the low 330's :twocents:

If you had two identical sides and a typical spread, I would guess about 320-330". If that bull and better firsts, seconds and thirds it would be pushing 350". That's a really impressive back end.

If you had both sheds, I would guess it is a 280" bull.  First, seconds, and thirds give up to much.  Great top end.
