an awesome day in the 356

Well I was somehwere not even cose to 410 or the bumping rd and found this set while walking to an area I am going to put my cam up for the winter. I had a feeling elk may have wintered up here. Was lucky enough to find this pair. There is some damn good genes on that side of the unit.

Notice the size differnence in antlers due to the weather.

Found another one in the same area :). This is agoing to yield even more antlers the more I walk around.

Nice finds, it amazing with all the people walking around the woods nowadays that you find antlers that have laying around for over a year. Good job

That second one was about 200 yds from a rd :chuckle:. Going back up there again as we speak.

I found my biggest antler about 200 yards from a road, good luck today !

I found a matched set one year at about 6000 ft. Above lodge pole campground.  Couldn't believe how high they were. Laying side by side just below the ridge top.
