Lucky night, filled my tag
«
on:
October 24, 2013, 12:36:40 AM »
Got my opportunity tonight, and closed the deal
Nice 4x4 with great mass and alot of character showed up.
Dirt nap was the order of the evening. cut and wrap time. Getting ready for elk now, no late season for me this year. Good luck all.

I gotta say these Blacktail really get under your skin, I'm a transplant from the east side to the wet side. Love hunting mulies and whitetail and had them pretty much down. It has become personal with Blacktail for me. and last night was awesome, he's my biggest so far. Think you for all the advice you have all posted for the last few years on techniques and strategy. Something truly beautiful about a chocolate horned buck.
