Temp hunting license?

My girlfriend's daughter has been working hard with her bow. She's ready to hunt late season... but hasn't taken the class yet. Is it still possible to get her the one time only exemption?

The person that "co-signs" has to have had a hunting license for four consecutive years I believe.
