Since this does not involve comparative comment as you has already decided on Leupold, I will chime in.  I just came back from an extensive binoculars compare/review event together with our own new product preview.  We got a chance to look through a pair of Mojave 8x42. Overall impression from everyone is very positive. Good brighness and excellent field curvature control. Open hinge design is well executed.  You will like it.

I looked through a couple pairs at Joes last week. The salesman and I spent about 20 minutes outside the store looking through the Mojaves,Cascades, and Pinnacles.

The Mojaves and Pinnacles were within about $15 of each other, the Pinnacles being more. The Pinnacles blew the Mojaves out of the water IMO.

The Pinnacles were brighter, had better color, and had crisper images. I also liked the way the Pinnacles felt in my hand.  The hinge on the Mojave didn't feel right to me.

That's a great input.  We had camo body finish for 2008 ZRS(SUMMIT) and found most of the people including many in hunting community preferred in black/green finish. We may re-introduce a camo finish if demand is out there.  Everybody's input is greatly appreciated.

I have the cascades 10x42 and love them. I have had them for 2 years now. My dad has had his wind rivers for quite a few years (5+) and he also loves them.
