Alaska Sitka Blacktail trip report - 7 bucks down! (Photo heavy!)

Awesome! that is a fun hunt I did a high ridge hunt several years ago out of Sitka with my brother good lord the fog is HORRIBLE! just about walked off a cliff one of the days, swamped the skiff in a gale force chop, and froze in the rain/wind cause I left my rain coat in the skiff, all in 7 days got a bucks each time we went out though. Been trying to back ever since. Great story and cool pictures!

Awesome hunt! The stuggles can be half the fun sometimes, especially when you are with good friends. I look forward to a similar hunt some time soon.

Great story....just read it in the new issue of horns and hooks and seen it on the cover of Alaskan journal (I think that was the name of it )
