Had my tree stand all set for opening morning of early archery. I was in my stand about 45 minutes before daylight and as soon as it got light I had about 20- 25 elk start coming in. I stood up nocked an arrow and realized I still had all my field tips in my quiver.

Squeezed the trigger by accident and almost killed my kid. later did it again and had my friends ahead of me thinking I got a deer. everyone forgave me but I din't forgive  myself to this day.
One year since I dint have waterproof gear I took my umbrella along- had a friend tell me to quiet the practice if I want it a deer--this umbrella was the biggest you can buy at Costco and I can't believe I walked through the woods with this thing open while it rained and wondered why? I saw no deer.
