Was wondering if anyone hunts 204 during late archery and was curious how it is? Thanks!

Cold..
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Hunted this area for many years. There aren't hardly any animals up there no more. Lots of local poachers and very few gamies.

I live and hunt in 204 near the north end.  I think the deer out number people 5-1.  Cold yes and lots of private but if you can find time to set up some cams w bait sight it's a very productive unit.  I strictly bow hunt and rarely see any other hunters.  Most rifle/muzzy up here.  PM if you have any questions.

I own property in the pontiac ridge area and have been hunting and vacationing in the area for the last 21 years and started muzzy hunting 3yrs ago and did my first year of archery this year and would not recommend modern to anyone. I have no late archery experience but like highmuley said animal numbers aren't what they used to be. what area of the unit are you planning to hunt?

Do people from eastern Washington realize that most people from western Washington hunting over there don't live near the coast. It's only about 130 miles from Seattle to the Coast past Aberdeen  :chuckle:

Too funny.  This guy slams wet siders and back in September he was talking about growing up in Burlington. Hypocritical mentality.  No need to blame us for your tag soup bud:)
