My family pretty much figures I was lame at birth.  But the only one thinking I'm an idiot is my wife.  Well... >:(

Start a post, click attachments and other options below the big white area you write in. Then click choose a file. Then click the area of your computer/phone that you saved the picture, click the picture. That will attatch it back here. Click on post. Thats it.
