We've had the worst season here also but some have had their best season.  Just have to know land owners and be out as often as you can or be me and have a late tag so you don't have to hunt 407 at all for deer.

I was gonna try the camping out thing,, just cuz I like that sorta thing,, or I like the idea of it,, might have a different opinion on it when I'm cold and wet. But the thought of hunting at night didn't cross my mind.

when I was a kid my old man used to go hunting at night for opossums and coons and I tell ya is really fun....
 I only wish I could do that here when hunting deer.

407 is my back door if all else fails last day I just take a deer out the back yard with the wife. Gotta fill the freezer one way or another

I been out on the north side of the silver lake rd. Also been east of maple falls area in longing roads.
