Good luck to all those heading out this weekend. I am looking at the weather reports and it looks nasty in the N cascades right now, should be good news for you guys. I hope the bruisers are all stirred up runnin down the hill.
I was so excited last Thursday to head out on the AM.  I could barely sleep after loading up my rig that night.

Very nice buck!  I have a set of sheds from that area that have the same genetics.  Heavy, no eye guards, and huge G3's.  Again, nice buck and congrats!!

Counting the days before I leave for my desert archery tag.  It's like waiting for Christmas as a 9 year old again.  I even built a paper chain to remove a link from everyday for my count down. Not really but I thought about it. The wife told me it's a one in eight-ten year thing so I don't even have to come back for Turkey day.  I'll be leaving on the 23rd hunt starts the 25th. I will be there hunting for at least the first seven days after that my wife and boss at work said we can play it by ear.

I"d have put the hurt to him as well Bronco.   Great buck.  I've been looking over a lot of bucks the last few days and he is a solid trophy.

I haven't had time to post yet, but this is the buck I took on my  late hunt. After months of studying maps and scouting to learn the area I got my chance. Thanks to everyone who shared insight.

A couple more great bucks.   Congrats guys
