I haven't had time to post yet, but this is the buck I took on my 224 late hunt. After months of studying maps and scouting to learn the area I got my chance. Thanks to everyone who shared insight.

Seems to be a genetic trait there with the swoop down main beams.

Thanks, I like that double patch too. I don't really judge a buck by score, but this one taped out just under 175 after 6" of deduct. Works for me

Nice one Westside. Lots of character all over, makes him look more nasty.

I dig that spread and even forks on the quilomene buck too. I got one a couple years ago like that out of state but clearly not as wide as this one.

Sounds like there is about 2 inches on the ground around north of Spokane at 2500 ft or so. Looking forward to a "white" late buck season over here. Best of luck.

Congrats on your buck. That area has some REALLY nice bucks in it if a person waits till the end of the season.
