My son took this nice buck yesterday on his late quality tag. His first buck. 26 wide with a small kicker. A very happy kid.

I haven't had time to post yet, but this is the buck I took on my 224 late hunt. After months of studying maps and scouting to learn the area I got my chance. Thanks to everyone who shared insight.

Awesome buck!  Congrats!

Where are all the blacktails? I've seen some mashers hit the ground the last two days

My late Gardner buck took a dirt nap this morning. Not the biggest buck in the woods, but it'll work for me. This was my 2nd of 3 days to hunt so had to close the deal!
