Any decent seasons for elk or deer available for over counter tag?

Montana does not have a specific muzzleloader season.  However, the general season (during which you can use muzzleloader but have to wear orange) always runs until the Sunday after Thanksgiving.  I believe Montana currently has leftover tags that you can buy OTC for deer and/or elk.

I have no idea about Idaho and muzzleloaders.
