24", didn't weigh it.  Caught under a big bait ball - she was full of 4" herring.

Ive eaten a bunch of salmon so far this year, but this one was my fave on the grill to date.  Not nearly as bright orange/red as most of the coho I caught, but definitely a more buttery texture and subtler flavor.   Going to have to spend some more time chasing these guys this winter.   :EAT:
It was an area 8-2 fish.

Went out again last weekend.  Sat we blanked, sunday went 1 for 4 on possession.  The keeper was smallish, but the unmarked fish we released was pretty nice.

Guess I went on the wrong day.

Definitely a different day, that's for sure.  There was a bit of a chop on Sunday from the NWW wind, and probably 1/2 the boats, but way more nets out.
