It seems the have been rutting heavy since the 15th or so. Today I saw a lot if buck movement.. And a lot if successful hunters. I hope those rifle hunters who haven't filled your tag can make it out for the last day. It should be good.

Seems sporadic.  50 degree temps and full moon isn't helping.   I have yet to see a super magnum with a beast neck.  Temps are supposed to dive Thursday.  That should do it. Rut is happening

Spent several hours on lower Mt. Spokane yesterday. Saw a decent amount of buck tracks in the snow, but they were mostly headed into the thick crap. Saw a couple does and they had nothing trailing them. I don't think it's fully kicked in up there yet.

Yeah, I love hunting in the snow. That's why I usually hunt archery, but decided to do something different this year. Eating tag soup, I remembered why I started archery hunting in the first place.

Just got back from hunting whitetail for 3 days.  Not sure that I have ever seen the rut that intense for 3 straight days.  Saw some dandy bucks.   Probably 10 bucks from 140" to the low 160's.

Season opener around the corner and buck chasing does yesterday out in a field at 10 a.m. Two young bucks chasing with a big 5X5 following close.

I am hearing there is a lot of hardcore rut activity around the Spokane area. I saw some good activity in the mountains 16-20 November... Is anyone seeing much rut activity in the mountains right now?

Mule deer are still rutting up high but tapering off quickly.
