Breakfast Egg Rolls
« on: November 02, 2008, 08:46:50 PM »
Breakfast Egg Rolls

1.   I used homemade bear/pork breakfast sausage cut into ½ inch pieces.
2.   Brown sausage.
3.   Brown microwave (freeze dried) hash browns.
4.   Scrambled 8 eggs.

The nice part about this is that I only had to use one pan.
Once everything cooled down I mixed the sausage, eggs and hash browns in one bowl.

5.   Egg Roll wraps.
6.   Place mixture on wrap and sprinkle with cheese.
7.   Four ready to go into the deep fryer.
8.   Cooked until golden brown.

I had some yesterday and they were great.
Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.
