Everyone says that boats are such a bad idea financially.  That's likely true but they bring a lot of fun and good times too.  Congrats!

They are a bad investment flat out, but luckly I fish 70-90 days a year and having a reliable boat is huge.  My partners boat got used up and I was having trouble with my old boat so it was time to jump.  I hopeflully will get 15 years out of it and can by my retirement boat.
