monster blacktail

Just saw a huge buck and about 5 doe between marysville and everett off I5 :yike: they r just standing out there

Yeah there are some nice ones around that area ...seen one last year standing down in the fields where the tree farm is .... and another one behind the old pulp mill .... Have to play Rambo to get at those ones  :dunno: :chuckle:

I saw a doe today too, along I-5.  She was just feeding along the freeway this morning (near mile marker 124) on the northbound side of the road.  This was along JBLM property across from Tillicum.  I don't know how she would get out of there without getting hit.  Looks like the chain link fence is all 6' high or higher.  Didn't see a buck around, though.  If there is a buck around, I hope he stays over in the forested area and not out where this doe was. :o

I saw three deer out there in that field in broad daylight on Saturday afternoon during that windstorm.  There's gotta be some nice bucks in there.

Just a little tib bit ...a lot of Big Blacktail are just feet off of I-5 right now ...those little corridors are their breeding grounds ....some monsters have been hit on the freeway over the years !!!  Just have your wife drop you off like I do  :chuckle: :chuckle:

Seeing lot of Doe on JBLM, just have not seen any Bucks! usually see the min the mornings.

I Was driving down  i5 the other day and seen a nice 3 point trotting along.
