Here is my go to.....I'm assuming we are fying...

Take wings and qtr them up, toss the wingtip. In a bag mix up flour, pepper, garlic salt, set aside. Scramble some eggs in a bowl, dunk wing portions, toss in the bag of flour and spices. Do them all and throw the whole bag in the frigde. Toss them every now and then while the oil on the stove heats up. Get the oil up to temp, throw them in and fry 'em up. When done put them in a bowl and put some of your fav sauce on them. Turn them to coat in the bowl, let 'em sit for a few, crack a beer if you haven't already, chow down.

This is how I do them.

Easy Baked Chicken Hot Wings
1 pound chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/3 cup Louisiana style hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Season chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of salt then arrange onto a cooling rack that has been placed inside a baking sheet; bake 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat then add hot sauce, garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Toss cooked chicken in sauce

I usually throw 3 lbs on the grill. One pound has been marinating in teryaki for a while. One pound gets Franks red hot and the last pound gets brushed with sweet chili sauce. Everyone grabs what they like. My fav is the sweet chili ones

heres my wing recipe

cut em up in thirds, wing tip (toss those) forearm section and drummy. scramble a couple eggs in a bowl with some milk. spice up some flour, i usually use some season salt galic powder onion powder and black pepper. do a flour-egg-flour breading. place wings and drummys on a greased baking sheet, bake at 375 until done. i usually flip halfway through to get a crisp on both sides.  for sauce i usually get  franks red hot put a couple cups in a sauce pan melt in two or three table spoons of butter and add honey to taste for a spicy sweet sauce, another variation ive done is get some sweet baby rays honey bbq sauce heat it up a touch in a suace pan and stir in some franks red hot for a sweet tangy bbq. typically served with ranch and a good dark beer.  i typically cook to taste so i cant give you any real measurements

I make rabbit wings. Take the from legs bread them in the Hooters wing mix, deep fry em and add hot sauce. Use little butter in the hot sauce to make is stick better.

You could probably just season up some flour though instead the hooters mix. I remember it being pretty bland. I also like to mix the dry rub and wet sauce, it add more flavor.

Or you could just head to BW3's (Buffalo Wild Wings). We just got one in Spokane valley and I'm stoked. We always ate there at FSU. Plus it was walking distance to the stadium so it was great place to pregame.

Ive been doing them on the smoker lately.  Do a dry rub.  Garlic, onion, and Chile powder, cayenne, and whatever else. Smoke them on 275 for about 2 hours. Take them out and apply sauce.  Ive been using a concoction of BBQ, honey, Apple juice, and siracha simmered on the stove. then smoke them for another 30 min. Then lambaste them with the rest of the sauce. Pretty good stuff.

I smoke mine for about 90 minutes and then deep fry them until golden brown About 8 minutes or so.  Then I coat with my own sauce.  Franks, a cheap wing sauce, butter, crystal extra hot, slap your mama dry seasoning, and a touch of Worcestershire.  The butter helps to keep the sauce on the wings.  I also do a teriyaki and a sweet chili too

I deep fry them with nothing on them until golden brown and then coat them with a sauce of Crystals, butter, vinegar and a splash of Yoshidas.  Very tasty.  Another one is to just grill them and baste them with Tabasco Chipotle.  Cook them low and slow until they are almost falling apart.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

Make a mixture of melted butter, lots of Tapatio, garlic powder and onion powder. Brush onto the wings and bake them on a sheet pan. Quick, easy, cheap and delicious.

All sounds great. But I like the crispy wing tips.

RED DEVIL!!

Deep fry to desired crisp, remove wings from oil and place into bowl. Add Red Devil, and a little Italian dressing, cover bowl and shake. Sometimes I like a hot BBQ... so add some Sweet Baby Rays before you shake them up. Its soooo good!!
